Two days after my first HTML class, I created the Greater Northern Virginia Jewish Singles Calendar web page on January 29, 1998. I am updating this web page weekly as a community service. After my second class and some practice on a few proto-types ("Buzz's Honey Farm, Real Estate), I redesigned the Jewish singles page with frames, attempting to make it easier to navigate. I am also a consultant for Communitydocs.com, web site project I am working on with Jay Pulli.

I am an Executive Assistant at Graduate Management Admission Council in Tyson's Corner, VA. I hold a B.S. in Sociology from York College of Pennsylvania with electives concentrated in marketing and management, with 13 years of customer service in retail, finance, and corporate environments. I earned a Customer Service Certificate from The Business Training Center of Goldey-Beacon College. I really enjoy working with people and resolving problems. I was able to do both of these things while working as a retail manager at Toys 'R' Us and Kay Bee Toys; as a policy holder service representative at Met Life and Transamerica Life; and in my current position at GMAC. In my spare time I am taking computer classes at Strayer University (before January 27, 1998 I hadn't done any coding since high school). I have returned to writing an occasional poem, such as "A Cape Cod Summer". I am also trying to get back to more hiking, biking and photography, while planning a wedding (mine).
