Clandestine

Clandestine is a Celtic rock band from that hotbed of Celtic music, Houston, Texas. I admit, I was a little skeptical when I heard they were from Houston (no effense to my friends in the oil business), but I was soon won over and found myself shelling out some money for two of their CD's (as well as emailing my friends in Houston). Mackeel is from Pictou County, Nova Scotia; there are six members in the band but for a reason that really doesn't need explaining, I only photographed the lead singer/fiddler Fleur Mainville.







Photo Notes: Shot with a Nikon F5 camera and 80-200 f2.8 AFD Nikkor lens on Fuji Sensia film. For the shots of Clandestine and xxx I also used a Nikon SB25 Speedlight. Digitally transfered via the Kodak PhotoCD system, opened in Adobe Photoshop 5, and saved as jpeg files.
